Before I start ZH was originally a site called Zangoose's Palace. This site is 5 years old(including ZP, for most of the content is the same). It was created July 28, 2002.

The Beginning!

ZH started out as a simple site on Freewebs first called Seviper's Hole. I then saw the light xD and Zangoose's Palace. You can still see it here, Zangoose's Palace(Freewebs) I hated how I could not make my own layouts on the easy mode of Freewebs, so a girl named PKMN Trainer Nella had taught me the wonder of HTML. I then switched to a host called Tripod. The layout was very simple and eye hurting I hated the ads there for a few were innapropriate so I switch to a nice little host called 50Webs. I stayed their for about a year, but it was too limited.

Chapter Two: The Dawn of PHP!

At that time I met a guy named Satoshi who was willing to host my site with PHP and a Mysql database included. I did get hosted and had an awesome layout, but a few months later, their host went down, and so did ours. It was a 3 month wait until Poketto Kunoichi(PKMN Trainer Nella at that time) got hosted by Elixant. She decided to give me a sub-domain. That was the longest up time we ever had. Then a terrible thing happened, for I almost lost my love for the creatures we call Pokemon. My site became Hyrule Legends, a zelda fan-site with terrible content. A few months past and I then found my love for Pokemon again, YAY! A few months passed and even more terrible news struck. Elixant, the host of my host, was going down.

Chapter Three: The Beginning of the EHQ Hosting!

I was searching for a host and Eevee's HQ had hosting. I asked a bit too late for the time I did, the site went on hiatus. I waited patiently and finnaly got hosting when it came back up. Now the site is existing and up. We also just hit our 1,000 hit Kiriban on December 1st 2007.

So there you have had it. A simple history lesson of ZH. Hosting problems, friends, and good times.
